PVS Series Piston Pump Thru Shaft Series


The PVS Series Piston Pumps offer multiple pressure compensation options and multiple spline and key shaft options, enhancing its versatility. They feature low friction Nachi bearings that guarantee viability, coupled with high operating efficiency to lower power consumption and reduce heat generation. The semi-circular swash plate design ensures a stable discharge volume, minimizing power loss. Additionally, the 11-piston design reduces flow ripple, thereby decreasing noise levels.

Calculation of Torque

Equation:

Torque (in-lbs) = Pressure (psi) x Displacement (cipr) ÷ (2π)

Example:
Total allowable torque for this pump is 928.80 in-lbs PVS-1B-16/22N*-K-E5737B (Front Pump)
Pressure Setting: 3000 psi Displacement Setting: .50 cipr Equation: (3000 psi x .50 cipr) ÷ (2π) Result: T = 238.73 in-lbs

PVS-1B-22N-E13 (Rear Pump)
Pressure Setting: 750 psi Displacement Setting: 1.00 cipr Equation: (750 psi x 1.00 cipr) ÷ (2π) Result: T = 119.37 in-lbs

Total Torque = 119.37 in-lbs + 238.73 in-lbs = 358.1 in-lbs

Features


• A NACHI-proprietary semi-circular barrel swash plate that receives pressure on its surface ensures a stable discharge volume at all times.

• This eliminates excess discharge volume, and enables the Design No. 30 is applied on PVS-0B to make the pump more compact and lighter, and reduce noise

• Effective use of power corresponding to the load cycle. This "energy-saving type" conserves energy, reduces power loss, and helps to reduce hydraulic costs.

• Silent Type That Demonstrates Its Power Quietly

• Proprietary low-noise mechanisms are incorporated on the shoe, swash plate, valve plate, and other locations to ensure silent operation. In particular, a semicircular barrel swash plate stabilizes operation characteristics to ensure silent operation.
